iFocus marketing is looking for a driven, creative mind to execute specific graphic design tasks that relate to ad creation for our wide variety of clients. These ad types include animated display ads, short video ads, static ads, social media ads, and more. This candidate will report directly to our senior graphic designer.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to juggle several design projects at one time, while still delivering creative and out-of-the-box ideas to meet our clients’ goals and objectives. Candidates must have an interest in digital ad design and marketing strategies, and be willing to learn and implement best practices in our field. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. 

This position is a full-time, salaried position based out of our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. Remote workers need not apply.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years real-life graphic design experience
  • Experience with Adobe design suite products, such as Photoshop, After Effects, XD, etc.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
  • High level of personal accountability, creativity, and confidence in abilities
  • Self-starting team player who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
  • Proven knack for creativity and problem-solving through a compelling design portfolio
