Overview

This business is a regionally recognized car dealership that sells both new and used Ford and Chevrolet vehicles. They have partnered with iFocus since 2018 and have expanded to four locations across Oklahoma and Kansas.

The Ask

In 2021, their primary business objective was to ramp up sales in their newest store location as well as increase used car sales in a post-pandemic environment. Therefore, our marketing objective has been to help them increase visibility on major search platforms, visits to their physical location, and increase monthly vehicle sales.

Tactics

To increase the volume of quality website traffic, we integrated a highly competitive SEO strategy that includes custom-written content, quality backlinking, and technical website optimizations monthly.

To increase brand exposure in their new markets we incorporated an engagement-focused social ads campaign on Facebook and Instagram.

To increase conversion actions we incorporated a dynamic website retargeting campaign to help nurture users throughout the decision-making process and encourage users to return to the website and complete a lead action.

Results

As of October 31, 2021, our partner has received the following results:
  • An 844% increase in the number of VDP page views year-over-year.
  • A 507% increase in visits to their website from 1,640 to 9,958 users when compared to October 2019 (pre-pandemic results).
  • A 344% increase in the number of pageviews on their website indicates an improvement of the website’s content and the quality of traffic visiting the site.
  • A 167% increase in lead actions from 88 leads to 323 leads monthly vs. 2019 (pre-pandemic results).

Note: Lead actions include online form submissions, phone calls, appointments scheduled, and chat leads.
