iFOCUS is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager who is the liaison between the client and internal teams to continuously meet client expectations and campaign goals. You will help ensure the ongoing satisfaction and success of iFOCUS’s most valued clients, fostering relationships that flourish for years to come. With your expertise and advice, you will be able to help our clients navigate their digital marketing efforts and be a trusted resource for them. Duties and Responsibilities
- Build relationships based on trust so that you can help clients set goals and shape solutions by understanding their unique business needs, including trends in their industry
- Maintain the highest levels of satisfaction by answering questions, teaching
- about our services, and helping clients and internal teams resolve concerns
- Develop an outcome-first approach by understanding what is happening with each client, identifying where issues could occur, and recommending services that would benefit the client
- Drive new business growth, including growth opportunity identification and follow-through
- Create a positive environment that encourages open and honest communication that is core to collaborative work relationships
- Facilitate internal communication for changes in client accounts
- Build and analyze performance reports in preparation for client meetings
- Manage customer retention and carefully manage customer attrition risk
- Meet with clients regularly to discuss their marketing results and strategy
- Assist with mentoring and training new employees
- Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in account management
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with clients, technical team members, business stakeholders, etc. with an ability to read between the lines and listen for what isn’t being said
Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of perspective
Proven ability to act as a trusted partner to the Director of Account Management
Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Extremely organized with exceptional follow through
Self-starter with a high energy level, commitment to excellence, and a diligent work ethic
This is a hybrid position that will require at least one day per week working in our office
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience preferred
- Relevant digital marketing experience
