Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Workflow: Responsible for workflow and management of tasks, which include requests for items such as creative and content creation and edits, SEO and paid media tasks, organic social tasks, website edits and strategies.
  • System: Sets up tasks as requested by the Account Management team, working with them to fill in any missing information before assigning them to operations resources in the work management system. Ensures each team member knows the assignments they need to complete and the due dates.
  • Roadblocks: Addresses obstacles (missing information in briefs, approvals, etc.) that are flagged as impediments to activating or moving a task to completion.
  • Status: Provides a daily status of the work inside the platform. Oversees and communicates status of work to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time.
  • Predict: Is aware of and tracks dependent deadlines that impact work to be done by the operations team. Share findings in regular reporting to the leadership team.
  • Prioritize: Reviews daily workloads, adjusts assignments as needed, ensuring the appropriate talent is used and workloads are evenly maintained. Re-prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and reports optimal workflow opportunities.

  • Research and write highly engaging, error-free pieces of long-form content on topics in niche industries, both B2B and B2C
