About the Role
iFocus is looking to hire an Account Manager who is the liaison between the client and internal teams to consistently meet client expectations and campaign goals. Account Managers will be responsible for a book of accounts and be accountable for their success, growth, and retention. You will have a passion for nurturing relationships and ensure the ongoing satisfaction and success of iFocus’s valued clients, fostering relationships that flourish for years to come.
Demonstrated knowledge in digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and communicating analytics is a key aspect of this position. You will be responsible for helping clients navigate their digital marketing efforts and be a trusted resource for them. This position has future growth opportunities in pay and promotions to Senior Account Manager up to Director level roles. This is a hybrid position that will require at least one day per week working in the Overland Park office.
Individually, our team members are enthusiastic forces of digital marketing. We’re internally motivated, curious collaborators ready to inject a high level of detail into everything we do. The pay range for this position is $50,000-$70,000 commensurate with experience and demonstrated skills.

This role has high accountability for the accuracy of client deliverables.
A desire to learn digital marketing strategies and communicating analytics is a key aspect of this position. A keen attention to detail and organization is an essential component of the role. You will be learning processes and how to navigate internal and external communication to foster your growth in an agency setting.
This position has future growth opportunities in compensation and promotions to Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Director roles. About the Role
The Sr Social Media Specialist is goal-oriented, has a passion for social media and loves using data to drive paid social strategy. In this role, the Sr Social Media Specialist works with a wide range of our clients to implement, manage, and report on social media accounts. This person is responsible for coordinating the social media efforts across multiple platforms, implementing social ads, managing and optimizing ongoing client campaigns and reporting on campaign results.
The ideal person for this role would be very familiar with social media strategy, content creation, audience engagement and performance analysis across multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, LinkedIn, ect.
