This position has future growth opportunities in compensation and promotions to Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Director roles. Growth will be identified through client feedback, demonstrating a solutions focused mindset, and team collaboration. This is a hybrid position that will require at least one day per week working in the Overland Park office.

  • Maintain client records and tasks in project management system and CRM with accuracy

The Web Designer/Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify. The role involves a combination of web design and web development skills to create attractive and user-friendly websites that meet the specific needs of clients. iFocus marketing is looking for a driven, creative mind to execute specific graphic design tasks that relate to ad creation for our wide variety of clients. These ad types include animated display ads, short video ads, static ads, social media ads, and more. This candidate will report directly to our senior graphic designer.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to juggle several design projects at one time, while still delivering creative and out-of-the-box ideas to meet our clients’ goals and objectives. Candidates must have an interest in digital ad design and marketing strategies, and be willing to learn and implement best practices in our field. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. 

This position is a full-time, salaried position based out of our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. Remote workers need not apply.

Essential Responsibilities & Attributes:

  • Must possess a solid foundation in graphic design in a variety of mediums including advertising, branding, presentations, and web and video graphics.
  • Experience with animation is a plus, but not required; must be willing to learn animation.
  • Needs to be comfortable in a team environment and able to use constructive feedback to improve concepts and design skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects effectively.
  • Willingness to take ownership of individual projects while also working on collaborative initiatives for local and national campaigns.
  • Should possess good interpersonal skills and be an adaptable, self-motivated, flexible team player with a positive outlook.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
  • Must be able to comprehend project scope and requirements quickly and be willing to openly communicate if further clarification is needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years real-life graphic design experience
  • Experience with Adobe design suite products, such as Photoshop, After Effects, XD, etc.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
  • High level of personal accountability, creativity, and confidence in abilities
  • Self-starting team player who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
  • Proven knack for creativity and problem-solving through a compelling design portfolio
