For over a decade, Kenneth’s Salons has been providing hair, nail, skin, and massage services to high-end clientele across the central Ohio region.

The Goals

At the beginning of our partnership over four years ago, the primary goal for Kenneth's was to boost online gift card sales during peak holiday shopping seasons. Initially, the client wanted to focus solely on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, and hoped to see sales increase across both male and female demographics.

Our original strategy included multiple tactics across programmatic display channels, include geo-fencing, keyword targeting, and contextual category targeting. That has since evolved into an ongoing and comprehensive digital marketing strategy that still includes display advertising, along with social advertising, SEO, and PPC.

Organic site traffic has increased 23% YoY, with new organic users increasing 46%
