Founded in 1976, this business is locally owned and operated in the Kansas City Metro which specializes in uniquely crafted bathtubs, showers and tile that bring residential bathrooms to life. They offer a physical showroom for local residents and a full e-commerce store for delivery across the USA.

The Ask

At the time, the business was seeking a partner that could improve the quality of their website’s traffic. They had previously managed their Google Ads and SEO efforts in-house. Though they were seeing a lot of traffic, only a small percentage of it was converting into any type of lead or order generation.

Tactics

Our first step with them was to provide an in-depth audit of their current strategies as well as a competitive analysis for the local market. From there, we refocused their digital campaigns to deliver highly targeted messaging to audiences that were in-market for their products.

Based on the business need, we implemented a fresh PPC campaign via Google Ads, an Amazon Ad campaign and Display retargeting.

Results

Since implementing these strategies in August of 2019, the business has experienced a 32.80% increase in users to their website and a 69% increase in the number of pages viewed per session. Moreover, their website’s bounce rate decreased by 31%. All clear indicators that the ads are reaching the right target audience with the right message.

Additionally, their Amazon Ad campaigns consistently delivered a nearly 8:1 return on investment.
