Overview

The custom furniture store we partnered with is a locally owned and operated business located in Colorado. They specialize in upcycling wooden skis, snowboards, and lifts into one-of-a-kind artisan furniture that outdoor enthusiasts across the country cannot get enough of.

The Ask

When we first started our partnership with them, they had closed 2018 with $780k in annual revenue. Historically, the majority of their sales had come from their single retail location, by phone and word-of-mouth. Their goal for 2019 was to increase their annual revenue to over $1 million in sales by leveraging their eCommerce website. They had previously attempted to manage social ad campaigns on their own, but had mixed results and a lack of clarity on ROI.

Our primary marketing objective was to increase their eCommerce revenue while providing a clear return on investment.

Tactics

Since increasing direct revenue was an immediate need, iFocus recommended Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising campaigns.

Results

As of July 2021, iFocus has helped their business increase the volume of online orders by 334% and exceed revenue goals by almost 150%.

Comparing 2021 versus the same time period in 2020, they have experienced substantial growth in website traffic: a 160% increase in Direct traffic and a 38% increase in traffic from Social Media platforms. And a 439% increase in new users to their website vs. when they started with us in 2018.

YTD they had over 217 online orders (averaging 31 per month), 131 phone calls, and 84 contact us forms submitted on their website.

Their average order value is $1,351 which results in a $195 to $1 return on investment.
