When they approached iFocus their primary goal was to increase awareness for their Leawood location and attract new patients directly to their office. As a comprehensive provider, they sought to establish direct patient relationships versus relying on physician referrals.

After the first 90-days of the campaign, they began to average 25 new patients per month, and increased to nearly 28 new patients monthly for the Leawood office by July 2021 (less than one year after launching their new website).
Additionally, their website leads have increased over 40% compared to 2020 and phone calls and form fills via their website have increased to over 400 per month.
As a result of this success, they have averaged a 250% or higher positive return on their investment based on the in-month revenue generated from new patients alone!
