Overview

This client is an extended business office that provides collection services for self-pay patient accounts so that hospitals and medical facilities can avoid selling the debt to a collections agency. They serve as the liaison between the hospital and the patient, providing personalized service with exceptional revenue results.

The Ask

When our client first reached out to us (May of 2020), they wanted help getting their name in front of Chief Revenue Officers and Revenue Cycle Managers within healthcare organizations (a very niche audience). The business was two years old and had not had success winning new client accounts outside of word of mouth, referral and trade show tactics.

Tactics

Our primary objective was to help increase their brand’s visibility amongst their target audience and promote the advantages of using their services vs. a traditional collections agency.

For this objective, step one was to build them a new website that would showcase their services in a user-friendly and understandable format.

Subsequently, we leveraged Social Media content development, Social Media advertising, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Results

Once the new website launched and we began promoting their services via social media and Google, their website traffic increased by 57% and page views by 36% compared to the previous 6 months.

They have also seen a 50% increase in website form submissions on their website since launch.
