Digital Marketing Strategy Wins

In 2021, 45 new clients partnered with iFocus for monthly digital marketing and website development, as our existing clients continued achieving incredible results.

Although we could go on forever talking about them, here are some we’re most proud of.

  • In 2021, our strategy for a home care and hospice client focused on engaging potential patients and caseworkers in medical facilities to communicate the advantages of choosing Phoenix over other home health providers.

    Starting with a geo-fencing campaign that served display ads targeted to nearby hospitals and their service areas, we’ve delivered an average of 500 leads per month to them via form submissions. A recent connected TV campaign has led to a 30 percent increase in traffic to their website from direct search.

  • A Kansas City kitchen and bathroom remodeling company partnered with iFocus in fall 2020, opting for a PPC campaign, search engine optimization, and website enhancements to attract clients looking for an upscale dream home remodel.

    Since then, the client has converted more than 5 percent of their Paid Search traffic – 106 total conversions. SEO efforts increased organic website traffic, generating 648 lead actions, with a conversion rate of 27 percent. With this growth, the company was able to open its first-ever commercial office space.

  • A Kansas City investment services firm partnered with iFocus to increase their exposure and develop quality inbound leads. A digital audit revealed their website had several technical issues that prevented Google from regularly crawling it.

    After completing technical SEO work and implementing PPC ads, social media ads, Gmail ads, and display retargeting, this investment firm’s exposure resulted in a 2,556 percent increase in website sessions period-over-period; nearly 160 percent increase in lead actions from their website; 37 percent increase in average website session duration; and a 131 percent increase in the number of website visitors. As a result, in 2021, they raised more than $25 million in equity.

  • A pre-owned private jet listing website operated by the only group of certified aircraft dealers in the world approached iFocus to implement search engine optimization to better demonstrate their authority and achieve higher rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).

    Since launching SEO services, including monthly blog posts written by our brilliant copywriting team, organic website traffic has increased 600 percent, from an average of 1,121 users per month to 7,866. Before starting SEO work, organic search traffic accounted for just 10 percent of all website traffic. By the end of December 2021, that number increased 405 percent. The client now ranks for 404 keywords on page one of Google SERPs, with 14 of those falling in one of the top three positions.

  • A local city council member began working with iFocus Marketing in April 2021 on social media listening and management strategy, which resulted in his election in his political race.

    Our social media team wrote 20 posts per month on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, and boosted highly-engaging posts to build and grow awareness in the area and responded to constituent comments or questions. In six months, his Facebook page gained 461 new likes with nearly 36,000 total engagements, including 784 shares and 1,973 comments. On Instagram, he gained 89 new followers, with more than 2,000 engagements. His LinkedIn gained 29 followers with 736 engagements; and on Twitter, he gained 128 new followers with 7,600 engagements, 206 retweets, and 238 post link clicks.

  • A large property management group originally partnered with iFocus for digital marketing support for one of their properties, soon adding five more, to help them rapidly lease their units in luxury apartment buildings. Despite limits on social media advertising due to the housing category, our strong creative and gorgeous website design got our message across with cost per clicks at about 40 cents, and a click-through rate well above industry average.

As we partner with new clients each month, our team has grown so that we can continue to provide the same unique boutique service we’re known for. In 2021, our team grew by 37 percent, as we hired for our account management, SEO, business development, copywriting, and social media teams.

As Google Partners, the entire iFocus team retains certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Some team members went on to complete additional certifications in Google Search, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, and more advanced curriculum.
