Your mobile number is used only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to process your opt-out requests. We may share your mobile number only with service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our advertising. These include:

Cookie consent (CookieYes)
We use CookieYes to manage cookie consent on our website. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept, reject or customize which categories of cookies are used, such as analytics and advertising cookies. CookieYes stores a cookie on your device to remember your choices. You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link on our website.

Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and Google Ads to measure and improve our advertising, including remarketing (showing our ads to people who have visited our site). Google may use cookies and similar identifiers to do this. You can manage how Google advertises to you at https://adssettings.google.com or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our website when they use Facebook, Instagram and other Meta services. Meta may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Meta ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.

Programmatic advertising and retargeting
We work with programmatic advertising platforms and their partners to show our ads to people who have visited our website as they browse other websites and apps. These partners may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device and measure how our ads perform.

Opting out of interest-based advertising
In addition to the options above, you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org and the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info. Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to you.

Website visitor identification (RB2B)
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

This visitor identification process does not involve mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent, and we do not use it to send text messages.

Managing cookies
You can update your choices at any time through our CookieYes cookie settings. You can also set your browser to warn you when a cookie is being sent or to block cookies entirely. Each browser is different, so check your browser’s Help menu for instructions. If you turn off cookies, some features of our website may not work properly.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent the personal information you submit to us through our website forms.

We share personal information only in these situations:
– Service providers: We use trusted third parties to host our website, run our CRM, send email and text messages, schedule meetings and analyze site traffic. They may use your information only to provide services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
– Website analytics and advertising partners: As described in Section 4.
– Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of iFOCUS, our clients or others.
– Business transfers: If iFOCUS is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

None of the sharing described above includes text messaging originator opt-in data or consent, which is never shared with third parties as described in Section 3.

6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We collect your email address to respond to inquiries, send information you request, and, if you subscribe or are a client, send newsletters and marketing. In line with the CAN-SPAM Act, we:
– Do not use false or misleading subject lines or sender information
– Identify advertising messages as such
– Include our physical business address in marketing emails
– Monitor any third-party email services we use for compliance
– Honor unsubscribe requests promptly

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

7. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Information submitted through our website is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) and stored in access-controlled systems, including our CRM. Access is limited to iFOCUS employees and authorized service providers who need it to respond to you, schedule meetings or support your account, and they are required to keep it confidential.

No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure. We can’t guarantee absolute security, but if a data breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. When you opt out of text messages or email, we stop sending those messages but keep a record of your opt-out so you are not contacted again.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. You can also:
– Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
– Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email
– Opt out of RB2B visitor identification and related advertising using the links in Section 4
– Manage or block cookies through your browser settings

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not market to them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may link to third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date above.
