Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
    • Leverage inbound leads and outbound prospecting efforts, including ZoomInfo, cold outreach, and networking.
    • Schedule and conduct introductory calls/consultations with prospective clients.
  • Discovery & Qualification
    • Lead needs assessment meetings to qualify opportunities across need, budget, authority, and urgency.
    • Build rapport and uncover business objectives, challenges, and growth goals.
  • Solution Development
    • Collaborate with internal marketing and strategy teams to craft custom digital marketing proposals.
    • Translate client needs into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations
    • Deliver persuasive, consultative presentations of proposed strategies.
    • Manage objections and negotiations to align scope, pricing, and expectations.
  • Closing & Onboarding Support
    • Drive the sales process through signed agreements.
    • Partner with Client Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff.

Performance Expectations:

  • Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Consultative Approach: Demonstrate mastery of the Sandler Sales methodology in discovery, qualification, and closing.
  • Sales Excellence: Maintaining or exceeding an 85% close rate of qualified presentations.
  • SDR Activity Goals:
    • Book a minimum of 3 new qualified consultations per week through inbound and outbound prospecting.
    • Maintain consistent outreach volume via ZoomInfo and other tools to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful client strategies and smooth transitions post-sale.
  • Professionalism: Represent iFocus Marketing with integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in digital marketing, professional services, or SaaS.
  • Sales Methodology: Direct experience with the Sandler Sales method required.
  • Skills: Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and modern sales technology.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven by achieving measurable results.

Location Requirements:

  • In-Office Expectations: Regular presence in the office (as per the team structure) for collaboration and client meetings as needed. Expected to attend in-person meetings with clients for key touchpoints.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure tied directly to revenue generated from closed deals.
  • New Business: % of gross revenue in the first 12 months of a new client engagement.
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Additional bonus eligibility for exceeding sales targets by 15% or more.
  • Annual Incentives: Recognition and reward opportunities for top performers contributing to company-wide revenue goals.
