These ad types include animated display ads, short video ads, static ads, social media ads, and more. This candidate will report directly to our Creative Director.

About the Role

iFOCUS Marketing & Advertising is looking for a driven, creative mind to execute specific graphic design tasks that relate to ad creation for our wide variety of clients. These ad types include animated display ads, short video ads, static ads, social media ads, and more. This candidate will report directly to our Creative Director.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to juggle several design projects at one time, while still delivering creative and out-of-the-box ideas to meet our clients’ goals and objectives. Candidates must have an interest in ad design and marketing strategies, and be willing to learn and implement best practices in our field. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design premium-quality branded visuals across a variety of deliverables, including digital display ads, social media content (paid and organic), infographics, print collateral, and presentation decks.
  • Proven ability to build compelling, cohesive brand identities from the ground up — including logo design, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and signature visual elements.
  • Maintain and evolve client brand systems — ensuring consistency while continuously pushing creative boundaries to better connect with target audiences.
  • Craft compelling static and motion ads for platforms like Hulu, YouTube, and social media.
  • Assist the Creative Director in mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.​

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a marketing agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with other design tools (such as Figma, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, digital, and print design, with clear examples of strategic creative thinking.
  • A positive, highly collaborative team player who supports and uplifts teammates while contributing to a culture of shared growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience in, or a strong desire to learn, motion graphics and video editing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to balance quality and efficiency based on effort-versus-impact.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay current with industry trends and actively incorporate design best practices into daily workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing or Ad Agency experience.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design.
  • Experience in photography and video production.
  • Strong experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
