Senior Account Manager – Future Opportunity

We’re looking to add an eager self-starter to our fast-paced and dynamic environment in the next 6 months. We seek people who have their own ideas, who can embrace change, and who are excited about developing solutions that make an impact. The ideal candidate will be able to show a proven track record of client growth and strategic advising. They will be hungry to grow and will be comfortable serving as the first point of contact for their client base. The candidate will be well-organized, take initiative, be able to prioritize, will be accustomed to multi-tasking, and will have a strong sense of ownership for client satisfaction. This is a full-time, salaried position based in our Overland Park headquarters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, or related field

At least 2 years of account management experience in the digital space

Experience developing strategies across a variety of digital channels and industries

Analyze ongoing campaign metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting client’s expectations of success

Outstanding attention to detail, multi-tasker extraordinaire, organization skills for days

Excellent interpersonal, writing, project management, research, and presentation skills

Ability to foster client relationships through proactive communication of campaign optimizations and progress

Facilitate the production of clients’ digital marketing plans and reporting

We are currently searching for a computer savvy Administrative Assistant to work onsite at our Overland Park headquarters. Successful candidates will have a diverse range of skills and experiences from which to draw. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. Responsibilities:

Recording invoices and bills in corporate accounting system

Recording bills for payment

Reconciling accounts and comparing planned versus actual income and expenses.

Organizing events as necessary

Maintaining and organizing personnel records

Handling customer inquiries into accounts and taking electronic payments.

Working with payroll and benefits providers to manage new employee enrollments.

Providing a liaison between employees and benefits providers to resolve issues and facilitate information dissemination.

Requirements:

Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

Strong administrative skills

Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments

Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

Qualifications:

Digital Copywriter

iFocus Marketing is looking for a driven, creative mind to execute specific copywriting needs to connect with our customer base through multiple channels. We ARE NOT looking for contract writers at this time. This candidate will work directly with the account management and SEO teams to write blog and website copy for our clients on a monthly basis. The copywriter will create and/or facilitate all copy curation from conception to completion for clients in a wide variety of industries, from automotive dealers, to luxury retail brands, to medical spas and salons, and many more. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to juggle multiple writing projects at one time, while still delivering on-point and on-voice articles. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. This position will require taking a leading role on writing projects while working with internal team members across multiple departments and managing expectations as necessary. The copywriter reports directly to the Director of Operations. This position is a full-time, salaried position based out of our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. Remote workers need not apply.

Writes highly engaging blog and website content that reflects various brand voices.

Produces error-free web content that adheres to clients’ style guidelines and incorporates monthly SEO keywords.

Must have experience writing specifically for SEO rankings and have a foundational knowledge of SEO.

Embraces new technology and leverage knowledge and experience to promote innovative, engaging, and effective communication solutions with originality.

Comfortable in a team environment and willing to consult and collaborate on a variety of marketing projects to refine ideas, strategize around new initiatives, and critique concepts to achieve the desired results.

This candidate will support the account and internal fulfillment teams with the development of marketing plans, market research of new client opportunities, preparation and analysis of reports, maintaining status of client deliverables, pulling keyword volumes and estimates, writing PPC/SEM ad copy, implementing paid media strategies, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, while still delivering on-time and exceptional work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind

Develop, test, and optimize keywords and messaging to maximize reach, awareness and new customer acquisition on Google Ads and Bing

Work with account managers to identify and research new keyword opportunities for current and new prospective clients

Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal web-based systems

Manage bids to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and client goals are being met

Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to meet client online search marketing ROI/CPA goals

Maintain status documents with client deliverables and ongoing projects
