Senior Account Manager – Future Opportunity

We’re looking to add an eager self-starter to our fast-paced and dynamic environment in the next 6 months. We seek people who have their own ideas, who can embrace change, and who are excited about developing solutions that make an impact. The ideal candidate will be able to show a proven track record of client growth and strategic advising. They will be hungry to grow and will be comfortable serving as the first point of contact for their client base. The candidate will be well-organized, take initiative, be able to prioritize, will be accustomed to multi-tasking, and will have a strong sense of ownership for client satisfaction. This is a full-time, salaried position based in our Overland Park headquarters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, marketing, or related field

At least 2 years of account management experience in the digital space

Experience developing strategies across a variety of digital channels and industries

Analyze ongoing campaign metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting client’s expectations of success

Outstanding attention to detail, multi-tasker extraordinaire, organization skills for days

Excellent interpersonal, writing, project management, research, and presentation skills

Ability to foster client relationships through proactive communication of campaign optimizations and progress

Facilitate the production of clients’ digital marketing plans and reporting

Consistently monitor campaign budgets, performance, and execution to ensure accuracy and identify areas for growth

Lead client discussions in person, and/or via web meetings, email, and phone

Graphic Designer

iFocus marketing is looking for a driven, creative mind to execute specific graphic design components that have a strong visual impact. This candidate will work directly with the account management team to create digital advertisements for a wide variety of clients across the country. The graphic designer will facilitate all ad creation from conception to completion. Common ad types for our clients include single images, web banners, GIFs, and short videos. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to juggle several design projects at one time, while still delivering creative and out-of-the-box ideas to meet our clients’ goals and objectives. Strong understanding of digital ad best practices as well as relevant design methods and new trends will be utilized to ensure the success of each project. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. This position will require taking a leading role on design projects while working with internal team members across multiple departments and managing expectations as necessary. This position is a full-time, salaried position based out of our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. Team is currently remote and a hybrid schedule will begin later this year. Fully remote workers need not apply.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be a highly creative thinker and exhibit a strong visual design style.

Must possess a solid foundation in graphic design in a variety of mediums including advertising, branding, presentations, and web and video graphics.

Must be willing to embrace new technology and leverage knowledge and experience to promote innovative, engaging, and effective visual communication solutions with originality.

Needs to be comfortable in a team environment and willing to consult and collaborate on a variety of marketing projects to refine ideas, strategize around new initiatives, and critique concepts to achieve the desired results.

Must be able to plan, manage, prioritize, and schedule projects with a minimum of supervision.

Must possess solid understanding of design and end user experience, and remain on the cutting edge of the latest digital design trends.

Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects effectively while coordinating with internal departments, branches, outside vendors, and business partners.

Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.

Willing to take ownership of individual projects while also working on collaborative initiatives for local and national campaigns.

Must have experience with advertising and social media campaigns and possess an understanding of target audiences and be able to illustrate design solutions that resonate and clearly communicate key messaging.

Implement and enforce brand standards in all marketing materials.

Must have an excellent eye for detail and creativity, paired with sharp writing and editing skills.

Should possess good interpersonal skills and be an adaptable, self-motivated, flexible team player with a positive outlook.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent

1-3 years digital media design experience

1-3 years HTML, CSS or WordPress development experience

Extensive knowledge and command of composition, layout, typography, color, and other graphic design fundamentals

Proven success through a compelling design portfolio

Extremely well versed with Adobe design suite products, particularly Photoshop

Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and add value by speaking intelligently about design choices

High level of personal accountability, creativity, and confidence in abilities

Digital Copywriter

iFocus Marketing is looking for a driven, creative mind to execute specific copywriting needs to connect with our customer base through multiple channels. We ARE NOT looking for contract writers at this time. This candidate will work directly with the account management and SEO teams to write blog and website copy for our clients on a monthly basis. The copywriter will create and/or facilitate all copy curation from conception to completion for clients in a wide variety of industries, from automotive dealers, to luxury retail brands, to medical spas and salons, and many more. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and will have the ability to juggle multiple writing projects at one time, while still delivering on-point and on-voice articles. Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual. This position will require taking a leading role on writing projects while working with internal team members across multiple departments and managing expectations as necessary. The copywriter reports directly to the Director of Operations. This position is a full-time, salaried position based out of our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. Remote workers need not apply.

Expert-level creative writing and editing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
